• What Are the Digiflavor Warranty and Return Policy?

  Digiflavor enforces a friendly warranty policy to all distributors and wholesalers who sell authentic Digiflavor products. However, we only provide customers' services (Digiflavor distributors and wholesalers) who purchase from Digiflavor directly. For customers who buy our products from a third party, please consult with your supplier for a warranty policy. If you have any questions regarding our products, please email us to support@digiflavor.com. We require all of our business partners and other authorized distributors to offer standard 90 days warranty for all Digiflavor devices. To get a warranty for Digiflavor products, please choose reputable vendors and consult with them about the warranty policy before your purchase.

• As a starter, how do I use the coil/pod and choose the e-juice with the right PG/VG correctly?

  For the best experience: If it's your first time filling the pod/coil, wait up to 5 minutes for the coil to prime; . Replace pod/coil after 4-5 refills; Use e-juice with PG: VG ratio between 50:50 and 30-70; . For pods, use e-juice with PG: VG ratio between 50:50 and 40-60

• Battery tips 

  · Make sure the battery is undamaged and completely wrapped; · Take care of your vaping devices by choosing the proper batteries. For a dual-battery device, it's recommending that you buy and use batteries from the same brand and a licensed vaping shop or online shop; · Don't leave your batteries charging unattended; · Don't over-drain your batteries; · Avoid extreme temperatures and use married batteries.
